welcome my pretties...
so glade you could join me for a very fanciful halloween party!
don't forget to check out all the festivities and all the other parties over at
the hostess with the mostest, the halloween queen herself!!!
now let me see...
orange or perhaps...
black, oh yes with ribbons!!! how do you like my rings???
i was so very inspired by miss vanessa's last shop update, that i had to create for my collection of miss vanessa's little wee elfin creatures a little theater of their very own... a halloween theater that is!!!
here's a closer peek at the inside...
oohhh it was so much fun to make and all my little elfin folk were overjoyed!!! but the best surprise of all was that the new little friends that i had snagged during miss vanessa's last update arrived just days before the big halloween festivities!!! at first every one was a bit apprehensive... having a hobgoblin and two witches around can be a bit unsettling you know, but as soon as everyone got to know each other a little better the party got started.
and boy oh boy! millicent sure was enjoying himself!!! what a stage hog!!!
millicent was so very pleased that the stage was set atop of his favorite author's works, he knew every poem by heart!!! i told him that he looked like a natural. he whispered in my ear that he was created for this... for what i asked him??? the stage he tells me. well surely i can't argue with that!!!
now my pretties... lets get to the giveaway!!!
i absolutely love these little boxes i painted... finished them off with a ribbon and little seal. they will be part of the giveaway packages... as well as these lovely painted stones.
so what's the giveaway exactly??? well... this is the fun part. the 3 halloween packages that i have to giveaway are a little bit of a surprise!!! perhaps a glittered skull... a glittered ring... painted stones... and other halloween fun!!! you'll just have to win and see for yourself!!!
to be included in this giveaway, just leave me a comment on THIS post (only once please!) and tell me your favorite thing about halloween... on monday evening, october 20th, i will pick three names and announce the winners!!! and a little extra... the first person of the three names that i will pick that mentions that they looooove inchies, i will include one of my spooktacular halloween inchies kit!!! yay!!!
now my pretties, i am off to p-a-r-t-a-y!!!
thank you so very much for stopping by and peeking in!!!
i appreciate all of your comments and will be seeing you soon!!! and lets give a BIG thank you to miss vanessa for hosting this fabulously spooky party!!!
ps. don't forget to join me for november 2nd's dia de bloglandia, i'll be having a few giveaways for this party too!!! here are a couple peeks at things i am concocting especially for this beautiful occasion...
pps. and join me later this week to see my newest finished painting (i am sooooooo in love with it) and also i will announce a new project that i will be launching, and you can get involved too!!!

I Love the glittery skulls!

What do I love about Halloween?

I love that it is the one time of the year when people of ALL ages can be something or someone else and act as silly or scary as they wish.
Happy Blog party!

Beautiful skulls.
A little glitter makes everything pretty ;)
My fave thing of Halloween?
The fact that my school celebrates it even if the erst of Finland doesn't.
We all get to dress up and have fun!

Those glittery spiders and skulls are beautiful.
My favourite thing about Halloween is the whole feeling of it. I love to be dark and spooky a whole month (I put the decorations up as soon as october arrives) and also my husbands birthday is the day before Halloween.
Happy early Halloween :)

Uhm, I love inchies! I think. I've never made them. But I'm sure they're way fun to make. I love love your wee Halloween stage. I think I might have to try my hand at stagemaking myself. I have lots of little goblins and other wee folks that would love to have a place to show off their skillz - numchuck skills, computer hacking skills... er, I mean theatre skills. Sheesh. That's what I get for staying up so late. But how often do we get to party all night long, eh?
Oh, what I love best about Halloween - do I have to pick just one thing? I don't think I can. I love it all. I hope you'll stop by to visit my little corner of the party before the night is through. And now I must fly - whoosh!

Love your glittery skulls and spider rings. It was delightful to visit your party. Halloween is fun because even people who don't "play" sometimes will in the spirit of the day.

Great post! I love the skulls and the glittery rings. You went all out too! Marvelous.
I love inchies. My daughter would love inchies.
I adore Halloween. It's my favorite holiday so it's hard to choose one thing. But, I think it would have to be the decorating. I never tire of decorating and actually add more each year. Now to get the remodeling done so I can start doing it again.

My favorite thing about Halloween is getting the chance to play an altered ego, dressing in costumes, tricks and treat and decorating the house, shopping for Halloween treasure. Oooopss that's more than one. Love all your glittery treasures! Happy Halloween!

Well, I love those little glass skulls for one thing!
Actually my favorite part of Halloween is the pumpkin seeds, but I like that only slightly more than all the decorations and pageantry of Halloween. I am sort of a traditional colorist myself -- I love the orange and black and white and green!
Happy Halloween!
